Virtual Publicist helps artists discover opportunities, build industry relationships and make better career decisions.

Our platform analyzes information you choose to provide or authorize in order to recommend:

• Media contacts

• Playlist curators

• Content creators

• Sync opportunities

• Film & TV supervisors

• Other career opportunities

Our AI exists to organize information and save artists time.

It does not replace your creativity or make career decisions for you.

Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to operate Virtual Publicist and improve your experience.

Account Information

When you create an account we may collect:

• Name

• Email address

• Password (encrypted)

• Username

• Country

• Language

• Subscription plan

• Account preferences

Artist Profile Information

You may choose to provide:

• Artist name

• Biography

• Genres

• Subgenres

• Country

• City

• Website

• Social media links

• Images

• Logos

• Press photos

• Career goals

• Team information

• Release information

Providing this information is optional unless required for a specific feature.

Connected Accounts

You may voluntarily connect third-party platforms to improve recommendations.

Examples include:

• Spotify

• Apple Music

• YouTube

• SoundCloud

• Instagram

• TikTok

• Facebook

Connecting these services is always optional.

You can disconnect them at any time.

Spotify

When you connect Spotify using Spotify's official API, we may access information that Spotify makes available through your authorization.

Examples include:

• Artist name

• Artist image

• Monthly listeners

• Followers

• Popularity score

• Genres

• Top listener locations

• Releases

• Spotify artist ID

• Public profile information

This information is used only to operate Virtual Publicist features.

YouTube (YouTube API Services)

Virtual Publicist uses YouTube API Services to let you connect your own YouTube channel. Connecting is optional and read-only. By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you choose Connect to YouTube, Google asks you to approve two read-only permissions:

• View your YouTube account (youtube.readonly): channel name, handle, channel URL, channel image, subscriber count (where public), total views and number of videos.

• View YouTube Analytics reports (yt-analytics.readonly): for the last 28 days, views, watch time, subscribers gained and lost, and your top viewer countries.

How we use it. Only to show these numbers to you on your Virtual Publicist profile and to personalise your recommendations, opportunity matches and pitching insights. Your YouTube numbers are private to your account unless you choose to show them publicly.

What we never do. Virtual Publicist cannot upload, post, edit, comment, delete or change anything on your channel. We do not sell YouTube data, use it for advertising, share it with data brokers, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. People at Virtual Publicist cannot read your YouTube data except with your permission, for security reasons, to comply with law, or where it has been aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

Storage and security. Google access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and used only on our servers. They are never shown in your browser or shared with third parties. We refresh your numbers automatically about once a day while you stay connected.

Removing access and deletion. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Connected Accounts. When you do, we revoke our Google access token and delete the stored tokens and the YouTube numbers collected through the connection. You can also remove Virtual Publicist's access at any time from your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If access is revoked there, we stop collecting immediately and delete the stored YouTube data within 30 days. You can ask us to delete it sooner by contacting us using the details at the end of this policy.

Google Ads

When you choose Connect with Google on the Google Ads card in Settings → Connected Accounts, Google asks you to allow Virtual Publicist to access your Google Ads accounts (adwords scope). Google only offers this permission as full access, but Virtual Publicist uses it read-only: we read the names of the Google Ads accounts you can access and, for the account you choose, the last 28 days of spend, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, conversions, video views and your top campaigns.

We use this only to show these numbers to you inside Virtual Publicist and to personalise your recommendations and campaign insights. Virtual Publicist does not create, edit, pause or pay for campaigns, does not change billing or account settings, and never sells Google Ads data or uses it for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.

Google access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and used only on our servers. Disconnect at any time in Settings → Connected Accounts: we revoke our Google access and delete the stored tokens and the Google Ads numbers collected through the connection. You can also remove Virtual Publicist's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we then stop collecting immediately and delete the stored Google Ads data within 30 days.

Google API Services — Limited Use

Virtual Publicist's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Apple Music

If available through authorized integrations, we may access public artist information necessary to improve recommendations.

Availability depends on Apple's APIs and permissions.

SoundCloud

When connected, we may retrieve public information made available through authorized SoundCloud integrations.

Examples include:

• Profile name

• Profile image

• Latest release

• Followers

• Public profile information

Instagram (Meta)

When you choose Connect to Instagram, you sign in through Instagram's official login and approve two read-only permissions for your Instagram professional (Creator or Business) account:

• Profile and media (instagram_business_basic): username, name, profile picture, followers, following, number of posts, and your recent posts (link, thumbnail, caption preview, likes and comments).

• Insights (instagram_business_manage_insights): for the last 28 days, reach, views, accounts engaged and total interactions.

We use this only to show these numbers to you on your Virtual Publicist profile and to personalise your recommendations and pitching insights. Virtual Publicist cannot post, comment, send messages or change anything on your account, and we do not sell Instagram data or use it for advertising.

Access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only on our servers. Instagram tokens last up to 60 days and are renewed automatically while you stay connected.

Data deletion. Disconnect at any time in Settings → Connected Accounts: we immediately delete the stored token and the Instagram numbers collected through the connection. You can also remove Virtual Publicist in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. To ask us to delete all Instagram data we hold about you, contact us using the details at the end of this policy and we will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Meta Ads & Facebook Pages (Meta)

When you choose Connect with Facebook in Settings → Connected Accounts, you sign in through Facebook Login for Business and approve three read-only permissions:

• Ads reporting (ads_read): the names of the Meta ad accounts you have access to and, for the ad account you choose, the last 28 days of spend, impressions, reach, clicks, click-through rate, cost per click and your top ads.

• Pages list (pages_show_list): the names of the Facebook Pages you manage.

• Page engagement (pages_read_engagement): follower counts for those Pages.

We use this only to show these numbers to you inside Virtual Publicist and to personalise your recommendations and campaign insights. Your Meta data is private to your account. Virtual Publicist cannot create, edit, pause or pay for ads, cannot post to your Pages, and never sells Meta data or uses it for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.

Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and used only on our servers. Facebook tokens last about 60 days; after that we ask you to reconnect.

Data deletion. Disconnect at any time in Settings → Connected Accounts: we revoke our Meta permissions and immediately delete the stored token and the Meta numbers collected through the connection. You can also remove Virtual Publicist in Facebook under Settings → Business integrations. To ask us to delete all Meta data we hold about you, contact us using the details at the end of this policy and we will confirm deletion within 30 days.

TikTok

Where available, we may access information that you authorize through official platform permissions.

Available information depends entirely on each platform's API and permission model.

We only request information needed for features you choose to use.

Website URLs

You may choose to provide your website.

We may:

• Store the URL

• Display the website on your profile

• Retrieve the website favicon where available

We do not automatically copy or republish your website content.

Uploaded Files

You may upload:

• Songs

• Audio files

• WAV files

• MP3 files

• Artwork

• Logos

• Images

• Press kits

• Documents

Uploading files is optional.

Ownership

Your music remains yours.

Your artwork remains yours.

Your logos remain yours.

Your photos remain yours.

Your videos remain yours.

Your documents remain yours.

Your trademarks remain yours.

Virtual Publicist does not claim ownership of anything you upload.

License You Grant Us

To operate Virtual Publicist, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store your content

• Process your content

• Analyze your content

• Display your content within the Service

• Generate recommendations

• Match you with opportunities

• Match you with industry professionals

• Create Collections

• Generate Career Briefs

• Generate VP Scan insights

• Display your public profile if you enable it

This license exists only so we can provide the Service.

Ownership never transfers to Virtual Publicist.

AI Processing

Virtual Publicist uses artificial intelligence to help artists make better career decisions.

AI may analyze:

• Your artist profile

• Biography

• Genres

• Releases

• Connected platform data

• Uploaded music metadata

• Career goals

• Platform statistics

AI may generate:

• Career Briefs

• VP Scan reports

• Opportunity recommendations

• Collection recommendations

• Pitch suggestions

• Outreach drafts

• Match explanations

• Career insights

AI does not own your music.

AI does not train on your content to claim ownership.

AI recommendations are informational only.

Public Profiles

You may choose whether your artist profile is public.

If enabled, parts of your profile may appear:

• On Virtual Publicist

• Inside Collections

• On public artist pages

• In search engines

• In shared recommendation pages

You may disable your public profile at any time, subject to reasonable technical and legal limitations.

Industry Profiles

Virtual Publicist also maintains profiles of:

• Industry professionals

• Companies

• Media outlets

• Playlists

• Brands

• Labels

• Publishers

• Other organizations

These profiles may be created from:

• Publicly available information

• Editorial research

• Authorized imports

• Verified submissions

• Claimed profiles

If information becomes outdated or inaccurate, please contact our support team.

We review correction requests in good faith.
