Creators own their work.

Companies own their brands.

We expect every user to respect those rights.

Ownership

Uploading content to Virtual Publicist does not transfer ownership.

You remain the owner of your:

• Music
• Recordings
• Artwork
• Logos
• Videos
• Photos
• Lyrics
• Press Kits
• Trademarks
• Other intellectual property

Virtual Publicist receives only the limited rights necessary to operate the platform, as described in our Terms of Service.

Content You Upload

You may only upload content that:

• You created;
• You own; or
• You have permission to use.

This applies to all uploaded materials, including:

• Audio files
• Artwork
• Images
• Logos
• Documents
• Videos
• Promotional materials

Copyright Infringement

Do not upload content that infringes another person's copyright.

Examples include:

• Music you do not own
• Album artwork you do not have permission to use
• Press photos without permission
• Videos owned by another party
• Logos belonging to another company
• Unauthorized recordings

Artist Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content does not violate another person's rights.

By uploading content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it.

Public Profiles

Virtual Publicist may display factual public information relating to:

• Artists
• Industry professionals
• Companies
• Brands
• Organizations

Displaying factual public information does not imply ownership or endorsement.

If you believe a profile contains infringing material, please contact us.

Trademark Rights

Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Nothing on Virtual Publicist transfers trademark ownership.

References to third-party companies are made for identification purposes only.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content hosted on Virtual Publicist infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work
• URL of the allegedly infringing material
• Explanation of why you believe the material infringes your rights
• A statement that the information provided is accurate
• A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Providing incomplete information may delay review.

Review Process

After receiving a valid complaint, Virtual Publicist may:

• Review the report
• Request additional information
• Temporarily disable access to content
• Remove content
• Contact the uploader
• Preserve information where legally required

Not every report results in immediate removal.

Each request is reviewed individually.

Counter Notices

If content is removed following a copyright complaint, the uploader may submit a counter notice where permitted by applicable law.

Counter notices should explain why the uploader believes the content was removed in error.

Virtual Publicist may restore content where appropriate.

Repeat Infringement

Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be subject to:

• Feature restrictions
• Content removal
• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination

False Reports

Submitting knowingly false copyright claims is prohibited.

Virtual Publicist reserves the right to reject abusive or fraudulent notices.

Third-Party Platforms

Virtual Publicist may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Spotify
• Apple Music
• YouTube
• SoundCloud

Copyright ownership of content displayed through these services remains with the applicable rights holders.

Use of those services remains subject to their own terms.

AI and Copyright

Artificial Intelligence within Virtual Publicist may analyze your uploaded content to provide recommendations and insights.

AI analysis does not transfer ownership.

Virtual Publicist does not claim ownership of your music because it has been analyzed.

AI-generated recommendations are based on your authorized content and available data.

Removal Requests

If you believe content should be removed for copyright reasons, please contact us.

Each request is reviewed individually and in good faith.
