Karen Salicath Jamali Is a multi-award-winning Composer, Pianist, Guitarist, Sing&Song Writer and Producer, since 2015 and Professional American Artist, painter, sculptor, and photographer for the last 30 years. Born in Denmark and living and working in NYC & Orlando, voting member of The Recording Academy/Grammy ®. ✨ Karen Salicath is a spiritual artist, pianist, guitarist, singer-songwriter, and composer who receives her music through dreams and moments of deep stillness. She is the founder of Quintessence Music—music received through the heart in conscious connection with the greater universe. After a three-year journey of healing and recovery back to life, she was given an extraordinary gift: although she had never played the piano before, she suddenly found herself able to play and compose music spontaneously. Completely self-taught, she began creating the meditative music that became an important part of her own healing. Soon afterward, she also began hearing music in her dreams, inspiring her to record what she was experiencing. Since then, Karen has composed more than 2,500 original compositions, 9 albums, and 8 solo performances at Carnegie Hall. Today, her music has reached listeners around the world with 144,000+ followers and 32 million streams. Karen now also writes and performs original songs with acoustic guitar in the Indie Folk tradition. Whether through her meditative piano compositions or her songs, her music is created in the same way—received through the heart in moments of deep stillness.
